汉默公司的恐怖片杰作，特伦斯.费雪对《科学怪人》的全新杜撰，改编相当成功。导演在悬疑的设置上也很杰出，比如警察检查酒店那幕戏。彼得.古欣对角色的演绎也充满了高于一切的狡诈、傲慢和无情。

弗兰克斯坦最inhumane的一部，而且为了猎奇加入了色情和探案的情节。不知是我三观不正，还是对弗兰克斯坦和库辛爱的太深，我认为弗兰克斯坦的行为是可以理解的，比如对无知者议论的反感、对于未知之物的探索、为不影响工作迅速接解决生理需求、因愚蠢的女人功亏一篑后的愤怒、对突破不懈的追求……
