日常与毁灭的日常，开头便快速将这一结构预演，随后展开为完整的影像衔接，以一种声音并置的方式展开，一是共同的听觉主题，一是演讲、音乐演奏笼罩历史现场。对比Sokurov将所有人设置为在场，此处则处理为了画像符号的存在与人物在场的对照。几个极为重要的视觉场面，炸弹的光束点亮黑场，轰炸机舱门开启带来光亮，“毁灭”于此盛大出场。
